I plugged this into my HP MFP printer, only to find out it acts like a USB hub - which my printer doesn't support. Be sure to check your printer model for compatibility before purchasing.

We got the hp printer, however we couldn’t understand how be able to connect the phone to the printer / Bluetooth for printing.We found out that the only way is through a router.This is the cheapest one, however it takes quite a long time to print after it was found through the phone.

Wie immer bei HP: Gute Hardware - die Software eignet sich evtl. für grosse, intergalaktische Raumschlachten, fürs Büro vollkommen überkandidelt. In meinem hat es der telf. HP support in 3 Std.(!) nicht geschafft,damit meinen Laser Jet MFP M 430 in mein WLAN zu bekommen. Einfach gruselig und unprofessionell- die Software,nicht der freundliche und offenbar kompetente Support

I attached this bad boy to my HP Color LaserJet Enterprise MFP M577f. Once you get through the setup you can cut the Ethernet cord (well disconnect it LOL). I'm happy with the little upgrade.

This item works! Installed in my HP M652 and the printer is now wireless. I don't need to use a long LAN cable. Installation is easy, item is recognized right away, login to the printer OS, you'll see this item in Networking area. Connect the printer to your Wifi network and that's it.
