Quick shipping, arrive in perfect condition.I purchased two draws so that I do not need to change the paper draw for legal and color paper I use. The draws were refurbished and did not have any signs of use. In other words, they looked new other than the box they arrived in. Printing has become so easy, just pick a tray now.The number of the tray is indicated (automatically adjusts to tray number - pressure sensitive).Will definitely purchase one more when I have the funds.

Works great. Not as pictured. The tray pictured is for an older model printer. The tray matches the 553 perfectly. I would give it five stars if HP didn't gouge the price so much.

I regularly use different weights of paper in my everyday tasks so an extra tray is a must-have for me. This unit works flawlessly and integrates perfectly with my LaserJet M553n printer both functionally and visually. You can stack multiples of these on top of each other, and the unit has a changeable number so you can tell which tray is which.NOTE: As I write this, the photo in the Amazon listing is not the same as the actual unit; the current photo in the Amazon listing is of a paper tray for older-model LaserJet printers. The unit I actually received is the correct one for my M553n printer; it has a plain, solid white exterior.
