I am outdoors a lot, shooting, hunting, hiking and camping and I have lots of kit. If you look you will see that I have picked a lot of Houson items to test, that is because I pick items that I may want and am interested in. Not all of their stuff is great and I have given them a number of poor reviews.Onto this itemDO YOU NEED ONE?I will make use of it but only in one way. The text on the advert is not accurate, its a word search trap like at lot of these things. As far as I can see this is for two things as a Molle attachment on a flat surface like the side of a bag, or as an attachment to the shoulder strap for small items that you need quickly.Used like that it needs to be on a medium or large pack.DOES IT WORK?I tried it on my 26 litre day pack and found that my arm rubbed it as I walked, also the top pocket was behind my shoulder. On a 45 litre pack (see photo) it became part of the shoulder strap and did not get in the way, On a full rucksack it is great.The material is strong and should last well, the zip and buckles work well, I liked the click to lock on the clips that go over straps to hold it down, you can see them on the top and bottom in some of the photos.The zip pocket will not hold my iPhone 14 (see advert for sizes), it will hold my sunglasses, or a tool. You can secure items in it with cord. The top pocket is open with a fold over flap, the flap is adjustable by moving it on the internal Velcro. A radio would be great in there as would a GPS, or even your compass but you would need to secure those essentials with a cord. It also comes in black.WILL IT BREAK?An educated guess would be no, if it does I will update this review.VALUE£12.99, yes get it, you will find a use for it at some point.ANY REASONS NOT TO BUY IT?If you understand what it is and is not then there is no reason not to buy it. Read between the lines on the advert and look at the sizes which are listed. It could be a four star item if it does exactly what you need. For me it is a useful bit of kit that I can add when I need it. It is not going to be waterproof.My reviews follow this star rating:1 Star; Very unsatisfactory product. Ich bin soweit ganz zufrieden mit diesem Produkt muss ich sagen vor allem ist es auch sehr praktisch da man hier wieder weitere verstaumöglichkeiten hat am Rucksack. Da ich ab und an Outdoor unterwegs bin und sich so ein Produkt bei mir doch sehr gut anbietet wollte ich dieses Produkt auch einfach mal testen und ich bin bisher ganz zufrieden damit muss ich sagen es bietet schon eine gute verstaumöglichkeiten für allerlei Dinge die man mal so schnell zur Hand haben muss ohne gleich den Rucksack absetzen zu müssen. Was hier auch absolut gut funktioniert. Bestehen tut das ganze hier aus 600D Nylon. Das ganze wirkt auch robust und gut verarbeitet. Die Schnallen zur Befestigung sind auch gut verarbeitet allerdings bekommt man die schwer wieder mit der Hand ab dazu musste ich eine Zange nehmen. Aber da ich eh immer eine kleine Zange dabei habe ist das auch kein Problem. So weiß ich wenigstens dass das Produkt da bleibt wo es soll. Im großen und ganzen bin ich überzeugt von diesem Produkt und ich kann es auch gut und gerne weiterempfehlen mich hat das hier absolut überzeugt.

This is an odd, small, tactical waist bag of an unusual design, or perhaps lack of a design. It has a zipped pocket section which is ok and about two thirds the length of the item that you’d get a torch in, for example. The other pocket is really short, being about a third of the item, but the fastening section which has a huge buckle on it, is adjustable in length by means of a Velcro fixing and simply seems unnecessarily complicated, I would rather have had a smaller zippable pocket. The bag isn’t ideally suited, in my opinion to being fitted around my waist as the fixings simply don’t lend themselves to any belts I have. It doesn’t even seem to me to be ideal for fixing to a rucksack. It is long and thin but over cumbersome and not well thought through as a product. If I find something it is ideal for, I will update this review.

Ich habe die Taktische Hüfttaschen meinen Freund bestellt, der sich für taktische Spiele interessiert. Die Verarbeitung ist gut, die Verschlüsse funktionieren wie sie sollen. Fazit: 5* Qualitätsprodukt und Kaufempfehlung.
