I have been using these lately during workouts to tone and slim up my arms. You will sweat with these in place but that is a good thing.

Wearing these arm trimmers during my workouts definitely increased the amount I was sweating in my arms. They felt snug but not overly restrictive, allowing for a full range of motion during exercises. The material seems to trap heat effectively, and I could feel the difference compared to working out without them. The added phone pocket was a convenient feature, allowing me to keep my music or tracking apps accessible without having to hold my phone. While I can't speak to long-term toning effects yet, they certainly amplified the heat and sweat during my sessions, making my arms feel like they were getting a more intense workout. They were also easy to clean after use.

Things I think you should know about these arm bands one they’re not very wide I feel like they could be a little wider so that they cover more of your arm too. They’re a little hard to get on takes a little bit of maneuvering. I find that I have to put them on loose and then adjust them a little bit tighter. Three walking around with them seems a little bit of annoying.I think the product is designed well. I like the fact that you can put a MP3 player or small device in the armband itself so if you wanna work out and listen to music you’re able to I just feel like they could fit a little bit better I definitely am a plus size person and I was able to order. The smaller size worked beautifully. I’m definitely gonna keep Working with them hoping that I find a comfortable position to use these.I think weightlifting might be the best way for me

So far I have had good luck with these. I will wear them while doing work around the house and outside and they definitely help get your sweat on. They are comfortable on, the first time I put them up to high so it was rubbing under my arm but once I adjusted them it was just fine. I like that they are labeled right and left. The styrofoam works great, you wouldn’t even notice it because of how nice they feel.
