A little disappointed with this product. Ordered for testing as we have very high windows and a lot of butterflies where we live, meaning they often get trapped inside the house and out of reach of containers to help them out side. This does help with that goal as the net can be raised high enough to scoop them up. Build quality wise there are some issues however. The net is very flimsy and I don’t think will last very long, it’s also not fixed to the net frame so can slide along the frame and create a hole. One of the two poles is very loose and will not stay extended while vertical. I cannot speak to the hook that is included as I don’t have a use case for it, but I suppose I can see it being useful to wrangle chickens etc. All in all, I think there are probably better options out there.

This contains both a net and a lander. They are of decent quality and telescopic. Though the poles seem a little thin, they do hold up with a bit of weight, as I tested it with some pebbles. So it depends on the weight of what you are catching.I haven't used it for fishing, but I did go and test the nets for some catch and release in a creek for some shrimp and yabbies and it worked very well.The landing pole is a nice addition though a doubt anybody will use it for chickens... or rabbits.. or cats... or raccoons, though I did use it on some pebbles. I don't know why it's called a chicken catch net. Sometimes the way these products are described is bizarre. That said, it is a decent product.4/5

Very handy to have and it's extendable which is super handy.The set includes 2 extendable poles, one net and a catcher. It's easy to attach to the extendable pole and it seems to be very sturdy so far.I tested it while fishing in a lake and I was able to land a medium-sized carp without any issues. If the pole is fully extended it bends but it can still hold the weight.I will use the catcher for fishing off the pier to land the fish to avoid damaging the rod or fishing line.Overall it's a great product and I would happily recommend it.
