This female urinal is a surprisingly practical item for outdoor activities or emergencies. The foldable design makes it easy to pack, and it comes with a handy carrying case. The silicone material is soft and comfortable, and it seems easy to clean. I like the long spout, which helps with aiming and prevents spills. It's a good solution for situations where squatting isn't convenient or sanitary, like camping or long road trips. The option to use the extension tube with a bottle is a thoughtful addition. It feels well-made and like it would be durable. It's a useful tool for any woman who wants a bit more freedom and convenience.NOTE: I am a member of the Vine Voice program and received this item at no cost in exchange for my honest review. I depend on reviews when making my purchase decisions and hope this review is helpful to you in making your decision.

I have polycystic kidneys and therefore, bladder issues to some degree. I have to go often and I can't hold it, which is why I grabbed this. I was always curious. So, I've only tried it a few times in the shower because I was scared it would leak and it actually worked fine. I'll probably practice with it in there more before I'm brave enough to stash it in my car for emergency use but for any women worried about these, they're effective. It's made of flexible silicone and feels like it will last a long time so I think it's well made and it's reasonably priced so it's worth a shot for anyone who needs it.

I have tried a few other devices like this, and none of them really worked at all. There was too much backflow and not enough air flow space to make up for it, or the design allowed things to spray or leak out of the back. This one, surprisingly, works much better! So first, a few small problems:The carry case has cloth inside, which is not ideal if you're putting a used device back into it. I will probably keep the device in a Ziplock bag inside the carry case. This way I can just toss it back in the bag and clean it later, without worrying about bacteria and odors lingering in the fabric lining forever. Don't forget to take it out of the bag and clean it once you get home though! If camping, I think cleaning it in a running stream or pouring a bucket of water over it would work too (and clean the Ziplock as well). It doesn't contact much skin, so I wouldn't worry too much about having it 100% sanitized until you can get back home.Mine also did not come with an end cap, so that does limit its uses a bit. I was not planning to use the cap, so it was okay for me, but if that's important to you, you might want to be aware that it may not come with a cap. However, you could probably pee into a bottle just fine with its nice narrow spout. Just be sure to dispose of the bottle properly! It's not a perfect design, because it's not rigid. Personally, if I were to improve this product, I would sacrifice compactness for more rigidity in the structure. With that in mind, it will work better with looser clothing. If it were more rigid, I would be more confident to use it with any type of clothing and I wouldn't be as worried about the flow turning backwards. Since this device folds, you have to be careful to keep it straight and even lean forward slightly so this doesn't happen. I also keep one hand on the back-most part, holding it as tight to my skin as possible. So far I haven't had any leaks or other issues.I tested this product out twice before storing it in my car. The first time was with a loose pair of shorts on, in my bathroom, and aimed into the toilet. I was worried about this making a mess, but it actually worked pretty well. However, I was wearing absorbent underwear at the time, so I couldn't confidently say there was absolutely NO backsplash, but I did not feel any backsplash or backflow. Just to make sure, I tried it without any clothes on in the shower too, so I could feel any leaks, and there was no splashing or leakage anywhere! The flow volume is also quite impressive. I did also put on a pair of thick jeans to see if I could still fit the device on, and I was actually able to do so. It is a tighter fit though, so you have to lean forward a bit more.Although the design is not perfect, I think I would still trust this to work in an emergency situation. It's SO wonderful not having to squat down and expose your whole naked lower half as I usually would if I have to pee on the side of the road during a long drive (or when camping/hiking). You could use it in a dirty public restroom, too. I still might look for a more rigid design at some point, but this definitely exceeded my expectations! It works, ladies! I am actually oddly excited to use this. I will update my review if anything changes!
