It’s good cookware, but we chose it for the copper appearance. It fades to silver yellow with each use, so it’s only pretty in the drawer. Our other copper cookware doesn’t fade like this, and Hestan says that’s just the way it is. Restores with polish, but who wants to polish after each use. Would return it if I could.

I bought this 10 piece set, thinking they would be the only pots and pans I would need for the rest of my life. I think I was correct. These just feel like quality of build and design. I'm going to order a couple more from the copperbond Hestan series to fully complete my cookware set.

If you want ornamental pots and pans, go for it. But if you actually want to use them, move on. I thought these were beautiful but after one use the copper color is gone for all but a gross yellow tinge. They scratch so easily and one has water stains from cleaning it (never even used). And they aren’t dishwasher safe. The practicality of these is nil and hopefully this helps keep you from making a quick decision on aesthetics only.
