Our cooker kept blowing elements and I didn't know why, but I discovered that occasionally the fan wasn't running, I tried cleaning the old one but it only fixed it for a month or two, replaced the motor with this one a couple of months ago and it's been great ever since. Easy to fit but remember that the tread on the fan is reversed so it's lefty tighty and righty loosy.
