I'd been eyeing opalescent hoops for a while, so when the opportunity arose to get this one through the Vine program, I jumped at it. I do think the hoop is beautiful, but I personally wouldn't recommend it as a septum ring.For a hoop of its size (I ordered the 8mm), ideally it would be the same width all the way around—this makes it more comfortable in your septum and easier to remove. I've included my current septum ring in one photo as an example of this: it's the same gauge all the way around, and it's very comfortable to wear. Instead, the clasp part of the opalescent hoop is slimmer than the rest, making the larger parts of the hoop press uncomfortably against the inside of my nose. It also makes it very difficult to remove.Another downside is that the opalescent inlay of the hoop doesn't lie totally flush with the metal, so there's a little sharp edge coming up from the metal, which I think could've contributed to the sharp feeling against my inner nostril.You'll likely notice from the photos that I have a deviated septum; perhaps the hoop won't be so bad on a normal nose. My septum isn't thick though—if anything I'd say it's even a bit narrower than normal—so I think someone with a more normal or thick septum would feel the sharp sides of the hoop even more than I did.Still, it's a really pretty hoop, and I'm actually happy with it in my ear. I've been wearing it for several days now with no issues. At the price of 19,99€ per single hoop, however, I think it's a bit overpriced. If it was 2 for 20€ and you only wanted to wear them in your ears, I'd say go ahead and buy them; as it is, I'm sorry to say I can't recommend this item.

Der Nasenring ist aus hochwertigem Material gefertigt und angenehm zu tragen. Das schlichte Design passt zu jedem Outfit und ist leicht einzusetzen. Sehr empfehlenswert!
