These adapters allow you to connect a USB-A device (standard USB) into a USB-C port. This is useful as new laptops now only have USB-C but i have a lot of existing accessories which are USB-A.There are 4 provided in this pack which means i have a few to use and a few to put somewhere safe and then not be able to find when i need them in future! Or you could share some with a friend maybe.The title is a bit confusing talking about KVM and iPhone and all sorts trying to trick the search engine. They are USB adapters, that is all.

This 4 pack of USB type C male to USB type A female adaptors have aluminium shells making them very durable.Data transfer with my USB 128GB stick was very fast ( see image of test ) and maxed out the read/write speed of the stick.The adaptors male type C connector plugged into my mini PC's C port with a satisfying click making good contact, the female type A port excepted various sticks and cables smoothly when inserting the cables into the adaptor.The adaptors all worked as well as one another in my tests, tests were done with crystal diskmark64 3 times and I have post the best speed result, all 4 adaptors preformed within 2-3 MB/s of one another.Great build quality and performance at £2.50 per unit, £9.99 per pack of 4 at the time of writing.5 stars and recommended.

Arrived quickly and well packaged. Adapters feel strong and well made from aluminium not plastic. Should be able to withstand heavy use. They have allowed me to use USB A cables on my new MacBook Pro M4 - which has newer USB C ports. Look great too and excellent value for money. Recommended !

ich find das teil ja prinzipiell OK... aaaaaaaaaber... die übertragung zwischen PC1 - USB - Client funktioniert nicht... da passiert nichts. hab sämtliche USB ports am client ausprobiert aber kein erfolg.

This product by FQuanmap is advertised as a KVM (Keyboard, Video, Mouse) switch which is a little puzzling as it is in fact a plug to convert standard USB male to USB C male. Hence is simply a USB-to-USB C adapter plug comprising of a female USB port to male USB C plug, with multiple functions beyond just connecting KVM devices.A set of four such plugs were provided for £9.99 (at time of review), and quality appears above average - fair value given the price. Casing feels metallic, looks good with its metallic grey finish, and construction including plug end feels sturdy. The traditional blue insert denoting USB 3 is evident at female end of adapter.The plug was used to connect a USB stick to the USB C socket of an Android smartphone. This was detected immediately and file transfers worked to the full speed of the connected stick. There are multiple uses for this adapter, which essentially allows many standard USB devices (USB Sticks, Hard Drives, SD USB adapters, keyboards etc.) to connect seamlessly to the USB C of a device such as a modern smartphone. Some uses such as printers may require additional drivers or apps to operate successfully through this connection.Overall, a well-made USB to USB C adapter by FQuanmap that functions well.

Having a large mixture of leads, with various USB type terminations, I find it easier to make use of adapters that trying to find a lead that has the two USB ends I am looking for. These adapters, from USB-A to USB-C solve one of the problems. Connections are nice and tight and, for the types of work I do, I have not noticed any deterioration in speed.Having a pack of four is really handy as the adapters can easily be left plugged in, lent to someone or easily lost. The only problem is when the last one goes missing!They are no cheap, at £10 for the four, but the quality is excellent.
