Auf dieser Leiter fühlt man sich richtig sicher. Sie steht fest, wackelt nicht und gibt einem ein Gefühl der "Geborgenheit". Ich benutze sie mehrmals in der Woche und kann sie nur empfehlen.

Die Leiter ist sonst sehr gut. Leider sind nicht alle Bohrungen exakt gebohrt werden.Schlecht ist ,die Leiter rutscht auf Fliesen sehr.

I don't need a stepladder often, but when I do the small one I had felt very unsafe. For some reason two-step stepladders usually have a super tiny first step, plus of course nothing to really hold on to. The HBTower 4 Step Ladder is SO much better.The Good (well, great actually):1) Every step is plenty large enough to feel very secure when you're standing on it.2) The top step (which I don't think is meant for anyone to stand on) was the perfect size to strap on a shallow tray from the dollar store to hold my tools, screws, etc. within easy reach.3) The railings made going up and down SO much easier.4) The whole thing felt very sturdy, but I was still able to fold it and move it around with little more effort than my stepstool.5) Even though it's secure and stable, I was still close enough to things in front of me to work on them.6) The stepladder pieces were well packaged for shipping, with no loose bits or bags sloshing around in the box.The Bad (none of these were a big deal):1) The instructions could have been more complete. I had to figure out that I really was supposed to pry a couple of things out in order to put the thing together. I think they were there to maintain the shape of the holes during shipping, but they looked like part of the ladder.2) It took a little banging with a rubber mallet to get the top handle in place, but I suspect my son would have been strong enough to do it without the mallet. :)3) The tool bag wasn't very useful for me, but it also wasn't something I cared about. The slots were narrow and snug. I guess I could have stuck my screwdriver in one, but I still needed a place for the screws, nuts and bolts I was using. It was super easy to strap a shallow tray from the dollar store to the top step, and that worked beautifully.4) As expected, when folded it's deeper and higher than my old step stool. It's less than 28cm deep when folded, compared to 6cm for my 'flat folding' stool. Totally worth it.There's a lot to love about this step ladder, but for me the best thing is I feel completely safe using it.

Diese Trittleiter ist leicht zu händeln und man kann sehr gut auf den Trittstufen stehen,ohne dass die Füße und Beine nach längerem Stehen weh tun! Einfach toll, eine super Leiter. Der Preis ist auch sehr gut!

Die Leiter haben wir in einem Prospekt gesehen und gleich mal auf Amazon nachgekuckt: hier ist sie tatsächlich um die Hälfte (!!!!) günstiger.Bestellt und zusammengebaut und wir sind echt begeistert: stabil, wertig, solide gebaut. Wir haben beide bereits mehrfach operierte Beine, stehen somit nicht sicher auf den üblichen Tritten oder Leitern. Durch das Geländer fühlt man sich echt safe, die Leiter steht sicher und gut und ich kann alles vom Schrank holen, ohne das mein Mann die Leiter halten muss.Wir haben sie immer präsent und sie ist oft im Gebrauch - absolut zu empfehlen!!!!

LADDER DOES NOT SLIPPurchased this because of the handrails. We store boxes on ceiling-level shelves. When climbing up the ladder holding a full box, I can hold onto a handrail with one hand and carry the box in the other. The ladder doesn't move. Our walk-in closet came with marble floors and our kitchen has porcelain but these longer rubber feet keep the ladder in place.HANDRAILS VS NO HANDRAILSBefore I ordered this ladder, I ordered an HBTower 4-step without handrails. Both ladders have good tread and wide steps. The ladder without handrails was a strong ladder but when I was on the top step I felt vulnerable reaching for things and shoving things around. I returned that ladder (very easily) and bought this one.The handrail ladder does take up a bit more storage space and is a bit heavier, but the added width and weight are totally worth it. The gain in inches and ounces = increased safety.The handrails are also steel and you screw them into the ladder. They're not snapped on. They don't collapse or swivel. Sometimes when a box is particularly heavy or large, I pull myself up the last step with my arm. Ladder and handrails don't budge.ASSEMBLYInstructions are good. All pieces were present and I didn't need to use any of my own tools.It would have been helpful if I had looked everything over first and seen that HBTower labels the handrails LEFT and RIGHT. Then maybe I wouldn't have wasted time trying to install the left railing on the right side. But you never know.

I needed a ladder high enough to reach ceiling lights and smoke detectors. At 76, I also needed one that would provide safety and stability. The HBTower 4-Step ladder met all my needs. This is a very sturdy ladder, and the handrails and wider steps are definitely a plus when it comes to safety. It came well packaged, and had clear instructions for attaching the handrails (which took only a few minutes). The attachable tool bag is a plus. This ladder seems to be very well made. Although not "light weight," it is easy enough for me to move around without issue. I would not hesitate to recommend this ladder.
