I bought it on 2/9/2024 . It is not working now and I tried to reach the maintenance on Amazon but didn't see it .

As an idea, it sounds great, at least on paper. Unfortunately, it's not functional. After purchasing the grinder, I had to replace it several times and was in direct contact with Hario.In that regard, Hario did everything they could to help and find out what the issue was.The problem lies with coffees that aren't from the store shelf. If you want to buy specialty coffee or from local coffee roaster shops, the grinder won't suffice. Slightly harder beans make the grinder struggle a lot, requiring daily charging and stopping during operation.After about 100 uses, it finally broke. From the sound, the transmission and gears have crumbled. Additionally, the plastic holder cracked due to the strain of grinding hard beans. If it were another manufacturer, I would say it's okay, but we're talking about a brand for coffee enthusiasts, where it's very likely that widely available shelf brands won't be used.I use beans from a professional and award-winning roaster shop and a former barista champion.

E una qualità terribile ha smesso da funzionare dopo due messi. Ho provato di contattare venditore Hario , ma nessuno ha risposto. Dopo tre settimane ho provato di nuovo e ho contattato loro customer service . Era una persona maleducata che non ha aiutato per nulla. Questo dispositivo è una spazzatura fatta di plastica e un motore scadente che dopo tre giri comincia di diventare troppo caldo e si deve spendere. E una spazzatura non per vendere ma per bruciare

It powered through my natural processed beans, which are tough beans. I like to use it when I don’t feel like manual grinding sometimes. I am pleased with it.

This was a replacement and a gift for the coffee grinder.This device was faulty and unable to grind beans.

The device works better than stated, the battery works amazing, grinds the coffee beans quite fast. It will work for a few of the hario grinders, make sure to know which one you have
