We got the ‘9-10 Years’ size for our nine year old, who’s average height for his age at most, but they simply don’t fit. The label shows the correct size, but they are substantially too small, unwearably so unfortunately. So unless you have an especially dinky child, you should definitely aim at least one size up from the age-based sizes.Even if these had been the right size, we’d have been pretty disappointed with them. While the photos and the choice of colour gives them a slightly denim-like look, they are absolutely paper thin, with no durability and offering no real protection for the legs at all. The drawstring looks cheap and feels basic, with a knot that looks like it’s been improvised using a shoelace because the real drawstring broke.We got the ‘D-blue’ style, and the colour of the pair we received was slightly more pale than we’d expected from the photos, and the colour was more uniform, lacking the texture of a denim fabric and looking more like a dress-up nurse’s outfit colour. The stitching at sort-of knee level looks like a manufacturing error rather than a style choice and there’s absolutely no way this would qualify as school uniform around here.The current asking price is almost twenty quid, and these are extremely hard to recommend at that price. Other brands will offer you proper jeans that are the right size instead.

Die Jeanshose habe ich für unseren Sohn bestellt, er trägt die Größe 130, welche auch geliefert wurde. Nach dem Anziehen die Enttäuschung, die Hose fällt viel zu klein aus, nicht nur am Bund, sie ist zusätzlich auch noch zu kurz. Die Verarbeitung ist in Ordnung, der Stoff recht dünn, so dass sich die Hose für den Frühling/Sommer eignet. Beim Auspacken hatte sie einen komischen Eigengeruch, welcher nach dem Waschen jedoch weg war. Den Preis finde ich etwas zu hoch.

Bei der Happy Cherry Jeanshose bin ich mir nicht sicher, was der Hersteller sich dabei gedacht hat.Sie ist zu kurz, um sie als lange Hose zu tragen. Für eine Caprihose hat sie aber auch nicht den richtigen Schnitt.Der Stoff ist sehr dünn und an den Beinen ist unten kein richtiger Bund vorhanden. An dieser Stelle wurde der Stoff einfach nur umgenäht.Die Farbe (D-blau) finde ich schön. Leider hat die Hose nur hinten zwei Gesäßtaschen, jedoch nicht an den Seiten.Die Verarbeitung ist auch nicht zufriedenstellend. Eine Naht geht schon auf und die Bändeln am Hosenbund fransen schon aus.

Ordered the 12-13 size for our 11 year old son, but these certainly come up small as they just don’t fit him!The material is more of a linen style than denim, it’s very thin. Whilst I am sure they would feel quite cool in the summer, the material does make them look to be quite shapeless.They have an adjustable drawstring tie with two pockets at the front and two back pockets. The pictures make them look more jean-style than they actually are.I will keep them for our younger son, but I’m not entirely sure he will wear them as they are baggier than the styles he is used to.At this price rice range (£20) there will be far better options out there, and options that would give you change from your hard earned £20
