I recently acquired the 55 lb plate from Tribe WOD-Gym Weights, which is designed for both men and women, with the intention of reviewing it. However, I must admit that I overlooked one crucial detail: this product is sold as a single plate rather than a pair. Despite this initial misunderstanding, the plate offers remarkable versatility, allowing it to be easily combined with other weights if you possess the appropriate equipment for varied strength training routines.Utilizing this weight individually for strength exercises presents an effective training opportunity. I was genuinely impressed with the quality of the plate; it has a smooth texture that avoids the rough or abrasive finishes often found with other products. This thoughtful design contributes to a more comfortable grip during workouts. The plate does not have the typical ridges that I'm accustomed to enhancing usability and allowing for easier handling.I recommend this product but did originally find it a bit pricey, but the manufacturer has decreased the price making it more of a reasonable product.

Love this plate but I dont think its such a great deal. I wish it came in a pair.

This is excellent. It's a drawback that it doesn't have a handle within the material but I did notice that the plate is thinner than metal 45 lb. plates that I own. That might be better for some people than having a handle.It looks really good and does the job perfectly.

I really like how thin these are. These are best for loading a machine like a sled, hack, or belt squat. Plan to care with two hands though. No handles, but that's why they are so slim.
