I originally received a different item, also from Gruff Puff when ordering this jockstrap. After calling Amazon's customer Service they offered to refund or replace the item. I opted for the second option and I received the replacement Jockstrap ahead of schedule. I am very happy to report I am very satisfied with the product, which fits perfectly according to the size chart link provided in the app. (Next to the sizing options). The item is great quality, as I expected, and looks very sexy as shown in the product photos.
