installation was more difficult than usual. In the end I returned them because they had a flat spot I was unable to fix even when inflating close to the max pressure. I also tried adjusting the tire when deflated but that didn't work. I was a little disappointed that these tires were made in Taiwan instead of the USA.

Admittedly I bought these because I have deep section carbon wheels on a black/grey bike, so I wanted to break up the "stealth" look on my wheels. The budget tires I was using were doing fine, but definitely probably not the fastest with rolling resistance either. I bought these because they were at a great price and I'd seen some favorable comparisons to the Conti GP5K's. The TPI count on these is 60 TPI, but they feel pretty supple and have a good amount of "grippiness" for the tarmac.Since the cost of two of these is so affordable, I don't see why you'd need a more expensive tire as a weekend/club rider.
