Ich hatte früher mal einen Heimtrainer, ein großes platzfressendes Multigerät. Mit dem Ding hier kann man alle Übungen genau so machen. Für China Import ausnahmsweise mal gut verarbeitet und enthält eine gute ausführliche Anleitung mit Übungen bezogen auf Muskelgruppen. Auf leicht verständlich verfasstem Englisch, gut bebildert. Ich bin für den Preis damit relativ zufrieden.

This is a complete gym experience with a range of exercises for each body part. It comes with 2 strengths of resistance bands that hook up to the platform in ways that can provide varying levels of resistance. I also love the bar and it’s various uses. It also comes with other training aides that all fit neatly inside its own carrying bag that means I can take it anywhere. The thing that brings it to life for me is the instructional booklet that comes with it. It shows written instructions and diagrams of how to set up and perform each excercise, and what muscles are worked by each exercise. It even has full workout plans for for beginners, experienced and advanced. There’s also a website that among other things incorporates videos of all of the excercises being demonstrated. It also really benefits me because I am in my 50s so I have to be careful about taking care of my joints. Training with weights could jar and stress the joints unduly whereas I find the complete resistance band and push-up program incorporated in the Gonex home gym trains and tones the muscles without putting pressure on the joints. I must also mention that the Gonex customer service team are brilliant. They addressed my queries promptly and expertly, and left me in no doubt that their focus is on customer satisfaction. I can’t say enough about the Gonex home gym except a big thank you for achieving another satisfied customer.

Previa compra realicé una consulta por una duda que tenía y me atendieron muy rápido y aclararon mis dudas. Realizada compra y recibido el material, todo según anunció. La calidad de los materiales es buena y lo recomiendo si buscas este tipo de equipamiento. Recalcar que la atención por parte del vendedor ha sido excepcional, lo valoro con 5 estrellas.

I got tricked by all the influencers on social media posting about this product, so I bought it. But I cant believe how bad it is:- The plastic nobs covering the screws on the bottom fell of after 2 minutes and when you put them on again they fall of again after a few sec.- The bands are way too long, so you never get a decent amplitude or stretch.- When you try the suggested connection instructions for adding weight, the bands dont stretch properly, because the material gets stuck in the buckles. So you never have a fluent movement which makes it impossible to workout.The only thing that works with this product are the push-up handles. (But then its a pretty expansive push up handle ;-))I am really speechless how so many fitness influencers advertise this as a great alternative to their studio workout. unbelievable.

Als unser Fitnesstudio während der Corona Pandemie geschlossen war haben wir uns dieses Heimfitnessgerät bestellt. Ich war zunächst relativ skeptisch, kann aber jetzt nach längerem Gebrauch sagen: Es lohnt sich! Das Gerät ist sehr vielseitig, es ist auch eine Beschreibung mit sehr viel Übungen enthalten.Hiermit kann man zu Hause super trainieren!

Lo utilizo como complemento al gimnasio para aquellos días en los que estoy de viaje o el gimnasio esta cerrado. He quedado sorprendido por la calidad de los materiales, nada que ver con las típicas bandas elásticas chinorris, así que su precio queda justificado. Viene con muchos accesorios y con un libro magnífico de instrucciones( en inglés) , con rutinas y ejercicios para todos los grupos musculares. A parte en su página web puedes descargarte los ejercicios en video. He comprado a parte otras bandas de resistencia de la misma marca en Amazon para aumentar la resistencia, pero no compres más de un par extra porque podrias forzar la plataforma y romperla, aun así, con los 3 pares de bandas de resistencias y las distintas posiciones en las que puedes ponerlas no se necesita nada más para mantenerte en forma.

Macht keinen schlechten Eindruck, aber leider habe ich eine Platte bekommen wo beide Stangen einen gewindekopf haben und keinen Einlass sodass ich sämtliche Übungen mit der Stange nicht machen konnte, weil diese sich nicht verbinden lies. Bei Reklamation scheint mir der VK nun zu wenig Kooperativ. Sehr schade, habe das set jetzt zurück geschickt weil ich nicht Wochen warten wollte.Die hätten einfach nur die Stange austauschen müssen. Ist wohl zu kompliziert. 😂

Das Training gleicht dem im Fitnessstudio total. Übungen mit eigenem Körpergewicht oder Bändern waren mir zu langweilig. Bin total begeistert! Ein Heft mit Übungsbeispielen inkl. was man womit trainiert gab es dazu. Habe mir so meinen eigenen Trainingsplan erstellt. Ist alles auf englisch, ja, aber man brauch sich nur die Bilder angucken und weiß Bescheid ;)Klasse Erfindung 👍

Zum Homeworkout nur mit eigenem Körpergewicht konnte ich mich nur schwer motivieren und so habe ich mich entschlossen diesen Artikel zu kaufen. Die Zustellung war schnell und der Artikel wie in dem Bild zu sehen hochwertig verpackt. Beim ersten Training hatte ich bedenken ob die Schanieren in der Plattform hohe Spannung aushalten. Doch nach mehreren Trainingseinheiten kann ich sagen, dass sie gut halten, auch unter hoher Spannung. Anfangs braucht man eine Weile, bis man raus hat, wie man die Bänder positioniert um die richtige Spannung für die Übung zu haben. Hat man das aber raus, kann man eine riesige Auswahl an Übungen ausführen. In der beigelegten Anleitung werden sehr viele Übungen gezeigt und erklärt welche Muskeln beansprucht werden. Ich konnte mich durch diesen Artikel endlich wieder für Workouts auch zuhause motivieren. Auch für gut trainierte Sportler kann ich diesen Artikel empfehlen, da man die Spannung der Bänder einfach verstärken kann. Aber auch für Anfänger zu empfehlen, da man es vielseitig einsetzen kann und viele Übungen in der Anleitung gut dargestellt werden.

Avec les successifs confinement que nous avons vécu dernièrement; j’ai décidé d’acheter cet article que remplie parfaitement les entrainements pour se maintenir en forme. La base en structure de nid d’abeille que l’on utilise pour faire la plus part des exercices s’est plie très rapidement et et il permet de faire des nombreuses répétitions pour la musculation de tout son corps.L’avantage: le gain de place, il peut être rangé au-dessous du lit sans prendre beaucoup de place. Un autre avantage; le manuel d’instructions pour bien faire les exercices et les videos des répétitions sur le site du fabricant. La roue abdominale est aussi plus commode grâce aux bandes élastiques en comparaison avec des autres déjà essayé dans la salle du sport. Je suis très satisfait de mon achat!
