this product that I have bought is not as it is shown. it does not work correctly.please send me a replacement. My two inner circles do not come apart. The wood is not cut all the way through.i cannot use this as three independent circles - it is not like the photosplease ask the supplier to send anotherthank you

Je m'excuse ça ne coupe rien du tout même pas le papier donc je vais renvoyer alors payer plus de 18e pour une nullité pareille très déçue
