This review evaluates the “Assorted 304 Stainless Steel Metric Rivet Nut Kit (180-PACK)” made by GLARKS.The product was shipped with no excessive or wasteful packaging and comes in a reusable plastic box with divided compartments. What is in the box: forty-five (45) M3, forty (40) M4, forty (40) M5, thirty (30) M6, fifteen (15) M8, and ten (10) M10 stainless steel rivet nutsFirst impressions: Overall good quality and quantity. The rivet nuts are made of good quality 304 stainless steel with low magneticity. The threads are clean of defects. They are easy to use and crimp firmly and securely They are handy for a lot of applications outdoors and indoors where finish and anti-corrosion are considering factors. They are indispensable around my Shop and are used in a variety of blind-hole applications where a “removable rivet” is needed.I am evaluating this product as part of the Amazon Vine program so I am limited to a 30-day window to submit a review. Only time will tell if this product has similar longevity and durability as other competitive products on the market. Therefore, I will monitor this product over the next 8-12 months of use and revise my review should problems arise.Cost-effectiveness and value: Overall I am very satisfied with the product, they are well-made, have secure compressibility, and corrosion resistant. This is a great assortment of rivet-nuts for making blind threaded inserts. I have used a bunch of the M4 and a few of the M6 inserts and am very pleased with the results. The ability to use real bolts and machine screws instead of sheet metal screws means that the results are professional looking and should last a very long time.Price was great, quality is top notch. Will definitely look for this item when I need to restock my parts!
