If you have a toddler that loves to climb especially furniture that’s not meant for climbing. I highly recommend this product. My toddler is entertained for hours on this!!!It is easy to assemble. If you’re able to read IKEA instructions, and you can build this no problem!

While this Pikler trio is made of quality, sturdy components, its size leaves plenty to be desired. Out of the box, it was clear this product would only be suitable for babies first learning to climb and young toddlers - Fully assembled, the highest point of the set is barely over two feet tall.As a result, the set doesn't provide much challenge for children over the age of three. Climbing this set is far too easy, and the pieces are far too small, for children over that age to stay engaged with the set. In fact, my four year old struggles to fit under the arch and triangle due to their restrictive size... which has caused her to seek out other toys that "fit" better. That size limitation is entirely too bad when considering the other aspects of this toy. Overall, the set is easy to assemble, free of burs and splinters, fully capable of handling the weight of small children, easily foldable, and pleasing to the eye. If this was a 6 to 12 inches taller it would be among the best PIkler sets we've encountered, but in its current form it feels more like a temporary toy than a jungle-gym fixture in our playroom. This Pikler set has a lot to offer, but for its size it feels too expensive for the lifespan it has with growing children. It will certainly outlast the time we will have use for it in our household, and I know a new family will inherit a high quality toy... but I would much rather have a set that felt more like an investment than a $130 stop-gap toy.4/5 stars, overall! Good, not great!

This took over an hour to put together and likely would have been easier with a drill! I would say it is basically 1 and 2: a slide and turn it upside down for more climbing features. 3and 4. A little climb bridge that can be turned upside down to rock 5. A little triangle climber at full ensemble. After we got it set up and found out our 18 mo. Old LOVES it, we began to discover that this set is quite popular but other parents were not really seeing their kids as interested in ours. Our baby does not have an iPad and that may be part of it or they may have introduced it too early to their child when they were not ready and now it is just part of the scenery. Some other things to think about is the rungs in this make it not a good toy to have socks on and I believe it is an inside only climber. Our baby actually cut himself right between the toes while toddling around as it was being built. So just think about where yr kid is developmentally if it is good for them. As I stated our baby is up and down on this thing since we got it assembled a few days ago and not seeming to lose interest. At 18 months this would be the least age I would consider for this toy, because we are still needing to supervise well for safety at this point.
