Fantastic upgrade to your centre console. As the standard drinks holders are in the door cards and on the rear arm rest this is not very good for hot drinks. This product simply clips into the front centre console and clicks into place. Once installed it then enables you to have a solid secure location for drinks storage that is easily accessible for both the driver and front passenger. Its shallow enough for you to get a grip of the drink but not too shallow that your drinks spill anywhere. It also enables you to close the centre console lid should you wish to.Fantastic product at a fair price.

The cup holder is a good fit. However, despite the outer plastic being sturdy, I was actually afraid that it might break while I was handling and fitting it. The sliding clip is stiff and works well.The spring clips are what concern me. The springs are lightweight and are not stiff enough; there is very little resistance in the springs and they therefore move in and out very easily. As a result, my cups and bottles wobble and move around far too freely for my liking and as such, I would be worried about spills if covers were not tightly fitted. The height of the holders help in this respect, but I still had to keep holding bottles or re-seating them each time I made a turn - even gentle ones. I've decided to keep looking.
