This is my 4th order of these clothesI use mostly for my sour dough for proofing, although they are so versatile as kitchen and bar towels, they wash and wear very wellI have given as gifts with starter and a Dutch whisk,This order I bought I’m having them embroidered for personal gifts for an upcoming party,

I recently started down the rabbit hole of making sourdough bread. Anyone on that path knows the obsession & pain that comes with figuring it out. Anyway, these are perfect in a proofing basket and as a cover for the bulk rise & second rise. Love that they are unbleached & organic since the dough has long exposure times to the fabric.

I have never liked consumer dish towels as they are too thick, often not very absorbent and take forever to dry. These towels solve all of those problems. It does feel a bit like I am drying dishes with a pillowcase but I am getting used to that. I like that I can get into smaller nooks and crannies with these thin towels which can also be rolled up and stuffed into tubular spaces. These towels are purely functional with no compromise for aesthetic appeal, very much my preference.
