I replaced my old RayMarine fish finder that used an Airmar B744v Through the hull transducer. I bought the Garmin wire block adapter so I could use the same transducer with my new Garmin EchoMap plus 64cv. I could not believe how easy it was to wire the adapter, the instructions are precise and I was done in about an hour. I plugged in the transducer cable into my Garmin EchoMap and it immediately started working, showing depth, temperatures and finding fish, I highly recommend this unit to mix and match A legacy transducer into the new Garmin equipment.
