Awesome watch loads of improvements compared to the Instict 2. Battery last about 18 days but all depends what you have running in the background.

This is my first Garmin watch, and I’m thoroughly impressed. As a newcomer to the brand, I found it easy to use and packed with great features.Delivery & Build Quality:The delivery was exceptionally fast—just three days, even across the sea. The watch itself feels sturdy, and while the rubber strap is comfortable, it’s not my preferred choice. However, it does the job well.Battery Life:The battery performance has exceeded expectations. After 20 days of daily use (with notifications and alarms active), I still have 13 days left, meaning it will likely reach around 40 days on a single charge—much more than the advertised 26 days. And this isn’t even the solar model! GPS usage does drain the battery faster, but with only two one-hour sessions so far, it’s hard to gauge exactly how much.Usability & Features:No touchscreen, only buttons – This took some getting used to, but I now prefer it as there are no accidental touches.Bright AMOLED display – Visibility is great, even in direct sunlight.Displays pictures in messages – A nice touch for notifications.Training & outdoor activity options – Plenty of modes to explore.Water-resistant – I’ve tested it up to 5 meters with no issues.Limited storage – If you like switching watch faces frequently, keep in mind the storage is quite small.Final Verdict:A solid, feature-rich smartwatch with incredible battery life. It’s durable, practical, and perfect for outdoor and training enthusiasts. The lack of a touchscreen is an advantage for those who prefer physical buttons. If you’re considering a rugged smartwatch, this one is definitely worth it!

Mit dem neuen AMOLED Display ist die Uhr super ablesbar, das grosse Display stellt alle wichtigen Informationen auf einmal glasklar dar. Bin sehr zufrieden mit der Uhr, es gibt zwar ein paar kleine Kritikpunkte wie der ältere Herzfrequenzmesser oder keine richtigen Kartendarstellung, das spielt für mich aber absolut keine Rolle. Für mich ist die Uhr der optimale Begleiter im Altag.

Try this watch. Too expensive. I currently own a Garmin 2x solar tactical watch. This is a much better value for the money.

Ho utilizzato precedentemente un fenix 7 pro solar per poi passare a suunto vertical. Garmin è un passo avanti sia a livello di software che di sistema ed organizzazione dei vari menu. Vero pecca rispetto al vertical i al race perché a parità di prezzo non ha le mappe ed il touch. Dopo un bel po’ di uscite con gli orologi precedenti capito che l’utilizzo delle mappe non era strettamente necessario alla funzione principale:l’allenamento. Quindi a chi come me non ne sente l’assoluta necessità consiglierei questo orologio. mi gasa tantissimo lo schermo amoles e soprattutto se trovato adì un prezzo di 450 (prezzo a cui l’ho acquistato). Rispetto al sunto infatti la navigazione tra i menu è più intuitiva e, soprattutto, è maggiore se non incredibile la possibilità di personalizzare molte cose. Schermo amoled molto bello. Utile la modalità notturna Red (dati quadrante totalmente in rosso). Ottima la torcia, come su fenix 7, a differenza del suunto. Unica pecca per qualcuno forse la mancanza del touch screen. A me onestamente non interessa molto specie quando corro i tasti fisici sono più utili. Non c’è la possibilità di salvare la musica al suo interno ma di comandare le app dedicate alla riproduzione musicale. Ovviamente il mio confronto e consiglio è espresso sulla base dei prodotti da me provati finora. Sulla stessa fascia di prezzo infatti si possono trovare anche gli amazfit che non ho avuto modo di provare ancora.

Gewohnt gute Verarbeitung von Garmin.Ja, es ist Kunststoff...Aber als jemand, der in der Kunststoffindustrie arbeitet kann ich sagen, dass Kunststoff KEIN Billigmaterial mehr ist, sondern bei den Hightech-Materialien angekommen ist.Das Betriebssystem ist überarbeitet worden.Zwar ist es immer noch verschachtelt, aber ich nutze seit Jahren Garmin und komme hervorragend klar.Eine Komoot App kann man in IQ Store downloaden und mit einem Komoot Premium Zugang hat man dann auch Kartenmaterial, mit dem man super navigieren kann.Was der absolute Kracher ist, ist die Akkulaufzeit für eine Amoled Uhr.Über 20 Tage ist gar kein Problem!Was das alles etwas trübt ist der Listenpreis von 499€. - Meines Erachtens nach, viel zu hoch angesetzt.

C’est une G-Shok version Garmin donc beaucoup mieux ! De très bonne fonctionnalité une nouvelle interface vraiment bien seul bémol je trouve c’est l’ancien capteur dessus… et aussi que du plastique.. Sinon autonomie les fonctions sont top !

Tolle Uhr - mit ca. 50g und 35mm nur halb so schwer wie meine Fenix 7 X Pro Solar 51mm, kann aber das Gleiche.Diese Uhr wird allerdings nur durch Tastendruck gesteuert. Kein Touch! Spielt für mich aber keine Rolle, die Steuerung per Tastendruck, ist einfach und intuitiv, egal wie doof man selber ist :) Auch schön, ist dass sich die Tasten sperren lassen und man nicht versehentlich eine Aufzeichnung löscht oder beendet. Nützlich, die LED- Taschenlampe, die hat sonst nur die Fenix und evtl. die Epix. Das OLED- Display ist auch in der prallen Sonne ablesbar. Die Uhr trägt sich am Handgelenk als wäre Sie nicht da... Leider kann Sie, wie die alle Anderen keine Bilder anzeigen, dies ist in Sachen Smartwatch immer noch nicht möglich, egal welcher Hersteller... Eine "Krasse Outdoor und Sport Smartwatch". Ich muss aufpassen, dass ich nicht irgendwo gegenlaufe ;-)
