the size corresponds to the description, it fits well our parasol even though it is another brand; the quality of the fabric does not look as solid as our previous one, but looks ok. I just bought it few months ago so difficult to judge. But the first impression is very good - it fits and that was essential as it is much cheaper to replace just the fabric than the whole parasol :-)
