Arrived after delivery of yesterday well withing the same day delivery window. Arrived pre 9am today. No plastic wrapping to protect box but looks like it's been torn prior to packing and aged.

In my opinion Warcry is the best game that Games Workshop has ever done. It’s defitely up there with Mordheim. The rules are complex but easy to understand and it gives you an opportunity to out think your opponent instead of boring them into submission with a myriad of senseless rules, it’s super fun! This set is “good” but not great. It contains an acceptable set of rules that will give you an understanding of the game for sure but an equivalent set of rules can be downloaded for free from their website. The models like all those made from Games Workshop are amazing! They never skimp on the quality of their components. I especially like the terrain that came with this set. But these warbands really aren’t large enough to play in real games. They can be played against each other and in the past there were rules for playing against other equal warbands from Warhammer Underworlds but those seem to have been discontinued. All in all it’s a “good” set but it could have been great. For what you get it should have been available at half this price. I really feel this won’t pull in new players like it should. And even if it does will they stay with the game? I hope so because as I said it’s an amazing game.
