These coins feel heavy in the hand and look clean with a smooth surface. Each one comes in its own clear case, which helps keep them from getting scratched or dirty. The edge has a nice texture and gives the coins a finished look.They work perfectly under a laser engraver, and the surface took the engraving well. Even just handling them before engraving, they feel well made and polished. They work for personal projects or as something to customize and gift. The protective cases are a nice touch and make storage easier.

These are a good set of blanks. Good weight, come with protective covers. I got them to try with my laser engraver, but I am not sure my engraver is the right type. Even so I love the feel of these coins, gives me something to fiddle with. I have a collection of various challenge / novelty coins and now I have blank ones! To get a dozen coins for the price they were listed when I got them seemed reasonable and they are worth the cost.

I ordered the Funria 12 pcs blank brass challenge coins to laser engrave them on my laser machine using a 2W IR laser made specifically for engraving on metals. I have engraved on similar coins using my 20W Diode laser using marking spray but using an IR laser works much better and these coins have a good clean surface that makes for perfect engraving on. Each coin comes in its own plastic case which protects the coin from contamination from finger oils and makes a nice display case after engraving.
