El producto viene mal etiquetado la entrada de agua es donde va la salida y al revés. Después de desmontar el sistema entero de ósmosis, revisar todo tres veces e instalar todo de nuevo veo en el lateral del filtro IN y OUT en relieve y está puesto al revés de las etiquetas que lleva. Vaya pérdida de tiempo. Veremos si cumple su función correctamente. El servicio al cliente sigo a la espera de su contestación.

Review revised 8/6/2024Frizzlife's customer service department reached out to me to better understand what my frustrations were. They were very attentive and wanted to know what they can do address the issues and concerns. We had a frank dialogue about the issue I raised and I am confident they not only heard me, but will take steps to prevent others from having similar issues.This was one of the reasons I wrote the original review like I did. To help others with their installation should they run into the same issue.As I pointed out in the original review, the product, once hooked up correctly, performed as expected. It does add back minerals and I have seen an increase in pH.Given the fact the product does work well and the customer service was top notch. I have updated my review and changed my rating. As far as the product and customer service are concerned I give it a solid 4 stars. Hopefully no one else will experience an improperly marked filter. My advice is to double check the sticker against the "In and Out" molded on the unit itself. If there is a disagreement, follow what is on the plastic housing.Your lack of rudimentary QC cost me at least 6 hours of frustration. As you can see in the picture, the sticker indicating inlet and outlet is exactly opposite the indication molded into the housing.I just installed a new RO system in my daughter’s condo and bought your alkaline remineralization filter to go with it. I hooked everything up according to the sticker.I could not get the system to complete an initial flushing cycle. I did all sorts of troubleshooting with the RO manufacturer and was ready to tear everything out and send it back.I decided as one last ditch attempt to bypass the Frizzlife Alkaline remineralization filter. Lo and behold the RO system worked as designed. I measured the TDS and got a reading of 5. Straight tsp water was 68.This proved the issue was the Frizzlife Alkaline Remineralization filter. Due to where I installed it I had to remove most of the RO system. That is the I discovered the confusion between the sticker and the housing markings. I ignored the sticker and followed the markings on the housing. Everything now works and TDS is up to 29.So while I got it to work it was no thanks to Frizzlife.

I have been using reverse osmosis filtered water for years, but always made sure to take my mineral supplements to make up for lack of minerals in the water. Now I don’t have that problem with this cartridge. No more mineral leaching!

This Alkaline Remineralization kit is very handy, easy to install, and I am very happy with the results, I've been using it for a few months now and I am quite surprised. Would recommend freely!
