I looked at lots of YouTube videos about removing masking fluid and this was recommended. I wasn’t convinced but thought I’d give it a try. It works so well! It grips the masking fluid and pulls it away with no effort. It’s so easy to use. You do have to make sure your paper is completely dry before removing the masking fluid but providing it is, there are no problems with the surface of the paper being damaged. Apparently you can shave the edge of your Maskaway if it gets grubby. I imagine it’ll last a lifetime as long as it doesn’t get mislaid, so it’s great value too.

In der Beschreibung steht: "Leicht zu reinigen...". Das ist eine falsche Angabe! Habe nach einmaligem radieren, mindestens 30 min versucht das Ding zu reinigen. Völliger Fehlschlag. Bürste, Hornhautraspel, Schleifpapier, sogar Feile versucht. Bringt alles nichts. Nach nur einmaliger Verwendung unbrauchbar, da ich mir damit jede Zeichnung versauen würde. BTW, entfernt Maskingfluid nicht besser als jeder normale weiche Radierer.

I saw this product on Lavinia Stamps tutorials. It works fabulous it doesn’t tear the paper and the masking fluid comes off easy fabulous product!

Make no mistake, this is absolutely a convenience purchase. But once you've used this, you'll never want to remove masking fluid with your fingers again. It has the added bonus of being able to remove other kinds of glue residue, so you can use it for more than masking fluid.
