This disposable cutlery set came in a cardboard box neatly packed with minimal plastic. The wooden cutlery is very well cut out, there are no sharp edges and no splinters, and the wood is very smooth and strong. There are no wonky items in this set. The napkins are a good size and are good quality and not too thin. These will be great for a party.

I've used similar bamboo cutlery items in the past. This set however is a cut above the rest in that the cutlery is far more robust than what I have previously used. It's nicely presented 'to go' in a brown box with cutlery on one side, and napkins neatly stacked on the other. The napkins are also very good quality and not the flimsy sort but a decent thickness. I shall keep them in the box when I put them on the table as it has the name of the seller on the lid and on the sides. The reason is people often ask where I get things from, so they will just be able to take a photo of the box. The box itself isn't rough cardboard, but very smooth and more than good enough to present the bamboo cutlery on the table.Everything about this item is 100% resusable and biodegradable. I wouldn't risk putting the cutlery into a dishwasher though! However it can be gently washed. Also if guests wanted to take their used cutlery home, they would be welcome to do so as it extends the life of the cutlery and when eventually finished with it can be put in the 'green' bin

Very good value and useful alternative to plastic.Comes in a cardboard box containing forks, knives and spoons individually packed in 50's banded in a paper wrapped band.Napkins are reasonably sized and fairly strong.I have tried these out to see how practical they are and are functional. These will be very useful in my next themed party and maybe able to share and spread eco-friendliness.Regarding the finish, they have been very well polished and smooth and no chance of any stray ends or splinters anywhere.I wouldn't throw all your utensils to replace with these as they won't cut it when it comes to taking out ice cream.Great for kids to use and to set a great example on replacing plastic.

I am not a huge fan of wooden cutlery - plastic is generally better though not for the environment. However these wooden utensils are well made and are quite sturdy and useful despite being wooden. Much better for the environment of course and the napkins are quite good as well.

We all know what chipforks are, right? Those weird little prongs made of wood that you used to spear chips with when you got them from a chippy (should you not know and lead a sheltered life).Well - these are similar in terms of they're wood and they're thin, but they're more useful for things like picnics, kids parties and in my case, hospital visits. (Hospital cutlery is so blunt, it's like trying to cut a steak with a sardine. It's not happening).In this box, you get 50 of each implement and 100 napkins (so large kids parties then) with none of the stigma of it being plastic and harmful for the environment. The napkins themselves take up the bulk of the box as you can see and again, depending on your use, there's plenty if needed. The forks are forky, the knives are knifey and the spoons are.......well spoons.The prongs on the fork are long enough for everything from chips to ...... chips and with the knife, which is suitably toothy, cutting your food is much easier than the cutlery I've had in my hospital stays in the past (trust me, you can barely cut butter with their knives).For the cost, I don't think you can complain too much - more environmentally friendly and a large enough quantity too, all in a single compact box (which about 80% of is for the napkins).At least I know, with these, I'll be able to cut my daily mystery food up while I spend Christmas in a ward.
