This "Fitarc" branded Row Handle instantly caught my eye when I came across the listing. I have an older ProForm CrossTrainer and a Fitindex Weight Set (Bow style) where I thought this bar could possibly come in handy for use with both rigs and I was very interested in checking this out.The item arrives in no frills, basic packaging, but is well protected for shipping and mine arrived in good condition. I was impressed by the excellent build quality of the product on unpacking. It is good quality steel and the fit and finish of the ribbed rubber covered, textured double handle grip is excellent. The ring attachment point for a cable with carabiner hook is solid.What I really like about this Fitarc Bar that it is versatile. It is a very simple design, but it can be used with almost ANY piece of weight set or cross trainer setup you have that makes use of a pulley mechanism. This is a tough handle that can easily support a good amount of weight.At the current listing price of $24.99, I feel this is reasonable for what you are getting here. This Fitarc Pull Down Bar is well made with comfortable grips. It is very sturdy and more than durable enough for its intended use. This versatile item has exceeded my expectations as it has allowed me to add some additional workout scenarios to my older cross training rigs. I certainly feel that is worth considering if you are looking for additional accessory kits to add to your home workout room. I can recommend this.
