Just got my pump and it has a plug for Europe 220. I am in the US and don't have 220 at my Pond. Not very happy. I liked how everything looked and was so looking forward to having this in my Pond. I have emailed the Customer will see what happens.

I added this to my pond to supplement an existing waterfall + bio-filter. The kit came with a well made filter box, 2 foam filters, many media balls for healthy bacteria growth, a pump, and several varieties of fountain and/or tube connections for the pump. I had to fiddle with the pump to align it with the center hole in the lid. Once I had everything aligned, I added the media balls and foam filters. Then closed the lid being careful to place the pump's power cord in the small cutout provided in the lid. Then submerged, adjusted so it is level/plumb, and plugged it in. The fountain is such larger than expected. It looks great and sounds very calming. I wish the fountain stem was a bit longer because of the depth of my pond, but it's still high enough to work for me. I also wish the power cord was a bit longer to avoid needing an extension cord, but I was also able to make that work. This shouldprovide lots of aeration and help to keep the water clear without the need for chemicals. Jesus is king!

I have a large Laguna Pressure Flow 4000 filter but don't recall the pump feeding it. I believe it's 1/2 to 3/4 HP. With this is still get algae and need a UV to be active on the main pump. I also have 2 fountain pumps that continually clog up with algae. I will be replacing the fountain pumps with this new filter pump. For me it's a secondary filter for a 3000gal pond, for a smaller pond (under 1500gal) this could be the primary filter. You'll still have algae unfortunately, so lots of plants to eat the nitrogen or UV to keep algae populations in check.This includes a nice and powerful pump. The box will be a bit of a pain to clean out (but still easier than my Laguna 4000). Keep the assembly within reach within the pond to prevent you from picking it up by the discharge pipe as this will lessen the life of (or break) the pipe connector.I've had a number of fish pond pumps, filters and home made jobs and for the price this filter is great. An affordable way to get started with a small pond and you kill 2 birds with one stone: filter and fountain in one.

Le câble d’alimentation etait trop court, impossible de mettre la fontaine au milieu de notre bassin. Le vendeur a très bien réagi en nous remplaçant la pompe avec un fil plus long.Un grand merci à eux pour leur professionnalisme.
