Dieses Sieb für die Zubereitung von Frischkäse im dazugehörigen Rommelsbacher Glasbehälter ist spitze. Es ist feinmaschig, spülmaschinenfest und stabil. Ich lasse darin Joghurt mit Kräutern und Knoblauch abtropfen, um so eine Art Frischkäse zu erhalten. Oder ich verkürze die Abtropfzeit und esse das "Ergebnis" zu Kartoffeln.

I bought this thing to filter yogurt. I don't know what the merchant's intention is. Or are you working with a yogurt maker? All the filtered products are yogurt, so why do I need your products? It really doesn't work at all. I really suggest that if you buy it to filter the water in yogurt, it really doesn't work at all.

I really need two of these they are so small, I make 2 litres of yogurt at a time and strain it and this takes several days. I think if you make smaller amounts this would be great, I do like it and the results have been great but just small!

Since missing information it is hard to understand- What kind of material it is- if it is safe to be used with food- if it is possible to use a dishwasher for cleaning

I used to strain home made yoghurt, worked a treat, very easy to leave over a glass jug in fridge overnight, then use spatula to put in airtight container
