This cue rack seems nice when I took it out of the box, but before the day was even over, two of the cue holders broke. The cue holders are very cheaply made and even though I was being careful, they still snapped.*Update*I've updated my rating on this product due to the customer service. While I had a few holders break immediately, the seller reached out to me directly and sent replacement cue holder. In my opinion this is top notch customer service. Despite the holders breaking, I really like the look on the wall and it functions perfectly for a cue and rack holder.
