The cobra bag like recoil is unique for a heavy bag. You can go 100% all out in power and the bag's base won't budge. Great way to practice offense and defense.

It's expensive, it's big, and it's a luxury. But if a standing bag is what you are looking for to add to your fitness program, this was an excellent product. The bag cover itself felt cheap, but it is holding up nicely. The adjustability of high is perfect. I really like this bag, it will give you a workout like non other if you are not use to boxing.

Great quality bag, very sturdy and stable. Perfect for smaller spaces, apartments, etc. Assembled in minutes. The recoil action mimics the motion of a hanging heavy bag which is great as you can move around, counter punch, etc. Bought it for my 3 teenage boys and it passed the test!

It was easy to assemble; easy to adjust; good for beginners. I was looking to improve punching strength and speed, thus I found out it is not "Heavy" enough for me, so I will look for another product that would cater to that later.
