First of all, it’s absolutely adorable but no that the stake that’s in the bottom and the umbrella screws in. I was having a fit, trying to get the umbrella in until I realized it actually screws in the vile has since been remade and is now plastic so breaking, that shouldn’t be an issue as some of these other reviews have discussed the fact that the vile broke

The distressed brass look is very nice. This was a gift and my friend loved it and the planter I put it in.Wish there was a stand-up version too so it could be mounted on the patio floor.

This was a Christmas present for a relative, they nearly didn't get it as I thought he was very cute. I would buy it again and use it our garden as a feature.
