Leider ist das Gerät nicht zu empfehlen, da es nicht mal 6 Monate gehalten hat. Verkäufer Kontakt nicht zu finden, daher wird es wohl auch keinen Ersatz geben.

I love this fountain, and it is much easier to clean than regular pump-based fountains. There are still some nooks and crannies that are hard to get into to clean, but you can still access them all easily. It is also very quiet and both my cats took to it super quickly. It’s a great value and quality as well.All that being said, I took off one star because if there is a power outage there is no way for my cats to access water, since the filter uses gravity to work and water doesn’t stay in the top section. I still have to leave a bowl out because of this, in case the power ever goes out while I’m not home. I also wish there was a non-plastic version as well, as bacteria seems to build up in it much faster than previous fountains I’ve used.Overall a great product though, and works as advertised.

I’ve had many different cat fountains, including ceramic ones with separate pumps. This one is, by far, the best one in terms of user friendliness in cleaning and refilling. Almost inaudible pump. Cats love it and use it often. Highly recommended!

Man muss lange herumwerkeln bis er wieder Wasser hochkommt. Schade. Ansonsten ist die Qualität super.

We have tried several fountains to get our cats to drink enough. They are all loud, hard to clean or not interesting for the cats. Also, often, rather ugly. For us this was the first fountain we are actually happy with. The filters are a bit expensive would be my main point of criticism. The only reason I’m deducting a star is because we wanted to get a second one and we cannot buy it anymore here in Belgium! Very disappointed.

Here’s the thing that was an issue when I bought this fountain over a year ago — they did not did not offer a wall adapter — so bravo to them for fixing that by offering one now.Turns out that USB-wall adaptors are not all the same. Never knew that. I had that flower fountain and just plugged this one in to that adapter. To my dismay, the fountain would work for three seconds and then shut off. Once I used a higher voltage adapter, it worked perfectly.For comparison:that highly rated fountain with the flowers, you know the one, it has a billion positive reviews, is Amazon recommended, and even my sister recommended it — I bought it and hated it.1) I found the aesthetic displeasing, it just isn’t my thing2) it’s loud :(3) it has all the parts to clean, including the nasty slimy hair wrapped around the motor4) you have to pick up the whole thing with the cord to refill and clean it. It feels unsafe and exasperating to have to pick up the whole stupid thing with the cord and bring it to the sink.OK now that I’ve given that flower fountain comparison, here is why I think this fountain is perfect:1) This fountain is absolutely and completely and truly SILENT.2) you only have to pick up the Tank to refill it!!!!!Sometimes I don’t even take it apart, I just refill it through the tray at the top. The base stays conveniently on the floor and it doesn’t matter if the tank is wet when you put it back the base, there is no metal to conduct electricity to potentially fry yourself…because you DON’T have to bring the whole fountain to the sink, wrangling the cord, accidentally getting the plug wet and being terrified about not drying it off enough before sticking the plug back in the socket. Or is that just me.3) the motor is not built into the water tank!!!! you don’t have to take it all apart and deal with the gross slimy hair4) it’s easy to clean!!!There are only three parts, the fountain at the top, the metal tray (which is important for kitties who are allergic to plastic — the trays always get what I assume is spit build up on them and you have to scrub it off no matter what fountain you get) and the plastic tray below that THEREFORE you don’t need to be mechanical engineer to take it apart and reassemble it. Ain’t nobody got time for that.4) it’s easy to see the water level because there is a red light and the tank is opaque. Also, it shuts off if the water level drops below the line so the motor doesn’t burn out.5) it’s a large tank so you don’t need to add water every two daysTLDR: buy it, get a high voltage adapter, be happy for the rest of your life.I bought a second one for downstairs. I’ve had them both for over a year, and they’re still perfect.

Der erste Brunnen der nicht brummt, einfach wunderbar, leicht zu reinigen oder Wasser nachzufüllen. Wenn zu wenig Wasser im Brunnen ist leuchtet ein rotes Licht! Bin Sehr zufrieden haben bereits 3 Stück gekauft!

Wir haben es bei einem Hund getestet. Er hat draus getrunken, man kann aber nicht sagen das den besser findet als einen Normalen Trinknapf. Dafür kostet es dann aber Dauerhaft Strom.Leider ist auch kein Stromstecker dabei so das man einen Usb Strom Stecker Kaufen muss.Für uns wäre es 3 Sterne, Da aber jeder Hund und Katze anders ist geben ich 4 Sterne (einen Abzug wegen dem Netzteil)

Update: I'll leave my original review below but I wanted to amend it by saying the Eufy support team reached out to me very quickly after originally leaving a 2 star review. They offered to immediately send me a new fountain and it even showed up wayyyy quicker than the first one did. So far the fountain has worked great. It's way quieter than all the other fountains I've had when low on water which is almost worrying because sometimes the noise is what reminds me to fill it 😅But so far so good. My original review does still contain some constructive feedback the design team for a V2 should consider.First the bad, my product took 9 days to arrive. I didn't take any stars off for this but it is worth mentioning if your used to getting things next day from Amazon. The real disappointment came when I opened the package to a clearly used product. The single filter, manual, and pieces came in an off brand zip lock baggie. The filter and product had obviously been used and was still wet. The filter and manual were moldy and the product needed to be cleaned. This is fairly disappointing as this was pretty expensive to be in "used" condition. (I did purchase it new after all) If the seller would like to reach out and offer some filters, a partial refund to account for receiving a used product and perhaps a dry instruction manual I would consider changing this review to 4 or 5 stars depending on how well the fountain has held up up to that point. I also encountered a weird loud noise from the pump upon first use but that noise went away when I reseated the impeller and housing that covers it.Today is day 1 so take this positivity with a grain of salt. I will update this review if things go sideways.As of now the fountain seems great. It is easier to take apart and clean (as I obviously had to do immediately). I was curious as to how it works and the impeller sits on a rod in the bottom and then is spun by a magnetic field being generated in the base that it sits on. It is "wireless" and can be picked up and taken to the kitchen for cleaning without unplugging anything since you can leave the base behind. This was the big appeal for me as my wife hates messing with the wires of our older cat bowls. The small LED on the base to indicate if it needs water is way to small and needs to be brighter. Perhaps an led installed in the base that lights up the bowl would be more effective. I don't have filters for mine yet but it appears they built an overflow mechanism into the filter housing so it doesn't overflow when clogged like other water dishes which is nice. It also reroutes the water flowing back down to the pipe it come up from reducing the noise significantly. I expect this to help with noise when the fountain is low on water.Overall despite receiving my fountain in poor condition I am excited to use it. It seems like it will function properly and I am excited to see how it holds up compared to other fountains with this unique pump design. If the seller wants a better rating they can reach out and right the wrongs that occurred with this order.
