I bought this to protect my 20 month old son from our hot oven. It was extremely easy to install on our standard whirlpool oven. It works effectively for this oven. Make sure that your oven door is flush with the top of your oven before ordering (so that the lock is able to turn and block the door). It is easily able to turn to lock and unlock as needed. You can’t put a price on child safety, but this lock has a strong value for the money spend and is well worth it!

Very sticky! Does the job! Worried my little one was getting to a point of being able to open oven. This puts my mind at ease of keeping him safe!
