Got these for my hubby who says that they are light weight and easy to walk in. He usually wears socks with his sandals and will likely keep the sole from getting dirty. If he wears with jeans, they look like shoes from the front. Comes with a buckle. May need to spray them with water repellent to make them last longer. (Likely geared for older men.)

I have tripped out of these a few times already. The part underneath the buckle is ripped so im assuming that is one issue. The other issue is they are not very soft. For me they are very uncomfortable

I'm always on the lookout for easy, slip-on shoes or sandals. These fit that description. They are just like described - platform sandals, raised up from the ground.The outer coverings feel like a fake felt material. The clogs are raised up, with a lot of cushion to the feel of the walk which is good. However, the bottoms have a feel like they are almost a mixture of plastic and rubber, which I don't like at all.These comfort clogs are fairly lightweight for the thickness of the sole. I ordered a 10 and the fit is good for my feet, as I normally wear a size 10E in shoes. The width is great on these, wider than a typical shoe. I might actually say these might even be a bit larger overall than expectedI don't think the black looks good at all. It has a very feminine appearance, especially with the bronze-looking buckle. The front of the clogs are blunt and not pointed. I would recommend the brown or tan if these are your style. I've realized, however, that these are not my style, regardless.I can't fault the clogs for not being quite my style after finally getting them and wearing them around the house. They are comfortable to wear, provide a lot of cushion, and slide on easily. However, I do still believe the black and bronze is not a good color combination here, nor do I like the materials of the clogs other than the soles.

I was really excited to try these clogs out from Amazon Essentials, especially because of their modern design and stylish faux suede finish. The brown color is versatile and easy to pair with just about anything in my wardrobe. I also appreciated the soft, padded footbed. It molds nicely to my foot and adds a comfortable cushioning that makes these clogs pleasant to wear around the house or on casual outings.However, I did run into a few issues that ultimately kept me from loving them as much as I’d hoped. Despite having wide feet myself, I found these clogs to be too wide in the forefoot area that my feet feel like they're swimming in them. The excess space caused my feet to slide out with nearly every step, which made walking in them a bit awkward and unstable. It’s worth noting though, that the length of the clogs was spot-on on my feet.To try and remedy the slippage, I even added an extra hole to the buckle strap to tighten the fit, but unfortunately, it didn’t make much of a difference. I believe the design could be improved by either offering a narrower option or adjusting the buckle strap placement. If the buckle were positioned further back toward the heel, it might help anchor the foot more securely. Additionally, reducing the size of the side slits could help prevent feet from slipping out.These clogs have a lot of potential, they’re comfortable, stylish, and well-made for the price. But they fall short in terms of secure fit. It was honestly disappointing because I really wanted to love them. But some design adjustments should be made to prevent feet from slipping out.

This is a decent, yet very basic, pair of clog style shoes. I am usually around a 9.5 in shoe size, which was not available here. Instead, I ordered a 10, which ended up being just a tad smaller than I like, so I would say they run a little small. I had my wife try them on because she's a size 10 in women's, thinking maybe they were mismarked as mens. They were a little large for her, so they truly run a little small as a mens size. The quality is about what I would expect to see at Walmart or what I used to see at the old Payless Shoe store. These won't last long with regular usage. They will be good for occasional use, or maybe as house shoes. The arch support is lacking. "Essentials" is a marketing way of saying "Basic". As a basic shoe, the current price of $28 USD is actually a very good value in my opinion.
