Je me sers de ce mini tapis de yoga pour pratiquer les handstands et autres armbalances en extérieur.Il est léger et se replie, il est relativement adhérant au sol et le revêtement du dessus est plutôt pas mal et antidérapant (je suis agréablement surprise pour un tapis en TPE à ce niveau-là 👍)J'ai retiré 1 ⭐ car je trouve le prix un peu excessif.

reçu plié en 2, le dessin est joli mais je m'attendais à une épaisseur un peu plus importante quand même ... du style de mon tapis de yogama fille a l'habitude de s'assoir par terre et elle ne voit guère de différence avec ou sans

I ordered this mat primarily for kneeling on at work in my charity shop, as I seem to spend a lot of time on the floor! I already have a cheap, basic kneeling pad, which I have been using for years, but it seemed high time to upgrade to a larger and more comfortable mat. I also thought it might be useful for my weekly yoga class.For yoga, I have to say that I haven't been able to find much to do with it, as I'm already using a full-size yoga mat, with a small cushion for head and back support, which is much more comfortable than this thin pad. It is quite good at work, as it's twice the size of my old kneeling pad, and it's handy that it's lightweight and folds in two. Opened out, it definitely needs to be pale blue side up, as both the shop and yoga hall floors are pretty dirty, so I don't get to see the nice lotus design on the dark grey side very often.So overall, I'm really rather underwhelmed by this mat - but my main objection is the £19.99 price tag. My lovely thick, full-length yoga mat didn't cost nearly this much!

The size of this mat is as listed, so while it is large it is thin like a standard yoga mat rather than a “kneeler”. The plus side of this is that it can fold in half and is very lightweight. Personally I don’t find it cushions my knees enough except when folded over, by which time the pad is very small and only just fits my knees on it. It has a nice pattern and seems well made and if your knees are less sensitive than mine (and you are a bit lighter!) it may be fine for you.

Die Matte ist eine schöne Idee durch die Größe. Der Druck ist hübsch, das Grau gefällt mir auch. Hellblau ist so gar nicht meine Farbe, aber die ist unten oder innen, wenn gefaltet.Wenn man nur eine kleine, statische Übung macht, dann reicht diese Matte vollkommen aus. Ich nutze sie als Auflage für eine große Matte, um die Knie zu polstern. Das klappt gut.Leider liegt die Matte nie ganz flach auf, wodurch man im dümmsten Fall an der Falz hängenbleiben kann.Zudem ist sie nicht unbedingt rutschfest. Auch durch die Größe bedingt. Da sollte man sich nicht drauf verlassen.Insgesamt ist die kleine Yogamatte zwar in Ordnung, auch die Qualität ist nicht schlecht. Aber ganz fertig gedacht ist sie nicht.
