Not a lot of options for a gen 4 g19 but after receiving this magwell I won’t have to look any further. Fits great, lightweight product, and relatively inexpensive compared to aluminum billet magwells.I saw a high return rate for this product so to be honest, I was not holding my breath. But after fitting and fastening I am sold and will definitely be retaining.You will note that this review does not yet contain insight or feedback into actual usage. I did a couple of racks to ensure the mag would still seat crisply which it did. Will update later if I do not like the performance.

Fits perfectly on my G19 Gen 4 using the factory magazines and base pads with no backstrap. Improves the grip feel, and mags lock in as usual easily. I run several other makers on my other glocks, all polymer, strike industries, and others. These are on par with them. Glad I purchased.

As already stated. There is a casing flaw in this part, but it installed easily enough. Don't over tighten the screw. Past that, i shot in an AASA event recently and the well helped. If you are using 10 round mags, they wont engage with this part.

I always thought people who put mag wells on their Glocks are IDPA/IPSC competitors or wanna be Tactical Tommy's wanting a Gucci Glock. Then a buddy of mine let me shoot his Gucci Glock that had an expensive large-sized mag well from some tactical company. Three things became apparent to me as I shot it.1. The mag well does help with magazine changes.2. The bottom ring has a ledge that supports the bottom of your hands and drives them upward.3. I was wrong about mag wells and Gucci Glocks.Ok, so I decided to buy a mag well but did not want a large one and didn't want to spend the $80 like my friend did. So off to Amazon where I found the Magpul model. The Magpul is made of polymer, is very light, easy to install, is secure, does not affect a holster in any way, is small enough for concealed carry and it was on sale. I dropped this onto my carry G19 and the extra 1/4" length did not cause it to print any more than it already did. This thing does a great job of supporting the bottom of the hands and gives me a ledge to push my pinky down on I plan to buy a few more of these for my other firearms and recommend you do the same.
