I am reviewing the SINGLE cup Elvie Stride 2.General Info:The collector cup is well though out. It doesn't have a million parts to clean and the top has a lid to cover the pour spout. The diaphragm can be replaced. The shape is more flat so it's not so protrusive while wearing. It feels relatively light. The pump is actually quiet, especially when wearing at your hip (NO lanyard with the single). It has 2 modes, expression and massage. There are 10 settings. The higher the setting the lower the speed, the lower the setting the higher the speed. It uses a rounded charger that works with any other shaped cord (not like elvie double that only works with a brand name cord). It can be used with the app. The app does not let you program anything special other than timer and change bw modes. What I love the most: It's very quiet. The pump seems efficient and effective and I don't always respond equally on both sides. (That said I could only review one side because I'm reviewing a single sided pump. You can buy the other side separate or as a double. )I like that it's light, comes with really decent flange adaptors that fit the very cushiony and comfy flange. What I don't love: I don't love that you just can't get the right flange from the get go. I don't want an adaptor, I'd love to experience my actual size in one piece. That's less things to lose or clean or get dirty.I don't love that you can't program your own speed or mode. I don't really need super high expression but I also like it slower. This only gets slower at higher expression mode for example. I'd also like to have different modes than just these 2. Many wearables offer more options for programming now so they missed the mark there. Maybe the app will upgrade it?I also don't love that the single doesn't come with the lanyard. Like, why not let me have options? So goofy there. The clip is kinda small but also I wouldn't want something huge either.I'm concerned about the duckbill. It is unique brand design (like the diaphragm) and hard to remove and put on take off. Mine already had a gap, and there is no back up included. I think this should come with a back up duckbill and diaphragm at the least. The collector cup does leak in any direction other than up. You cannot stand it upright by itself. You can't see the measurements without taking off the suction "cap". So you'd have to hold it up high bf pouring to see your output (or just use a bottle/ jar to measure). Why put the measurements where you can't see them on a surface? Weird.Overall I think this could be a good option. As a single, it doesn't help me as much because I'd want to pump both sides. But if you are breast feeding on one side and pumping on the the other, this would def work better because it won't get kicked off or disturb you or baby because it's light and quiet. My guess is this would suffice to keep your supply like a wall pump, so I'd use it for that purpose earlier on in my journey.

Excellent pump! I’ve been freed from my spectra pump! I’ve been using this pump exclusively for a month, 4-5 sessions per day. The cups fit well into my bra, they are not overly large, pretty quiet and lightweight. ( I’ve used the willow pumps in the past and they are huge, heavy and loud. And inconsistent, the parts are finicky resulting in variable suction/function.) The amount of milk expressed is more than i anticipated (when comparing to my spectra pump). Yes, my pumping session are 30-40 minutes but its worth it if you can multitask.I can feed my 3 month old a bottle and hold her while using this pump. I can pick up and play with my 20 month old while pumping as well. I’ve only experienced leaking once and that was when i was bending over picking up toys. This product has truly been a game changer and will definitely help me to pump longer!

Brilliant product! The double pump is super efficient, comfortable, and easy to use. It’s saved me so much time and stress and gives me hands-free time to look after little one! Definitely worth the money, would highly recommend!

Love love love the Elvie Stride 2! I have the double Elvie Stride 2 but got the single to use while breastfeeding. I'm able to latch my 3 week old newborn on one side and pump on the other to catch my letdown and get extra milk. Then when she's done nursing, I'm able to switch sides and pump the remaining milk from the side she nursed on, ensuring I'm emptied before the next session to keep my supply up. This pump is very quiet, to the point I can pump in public without anyone hearing it. The cup is slim and isn't noticeable under my shirt. It also comes with a variety of flange inserts to make sure you have the right side to maximize your pump sessions. Many pumps do not come with different flange sizes besides 24mm or larger-which is way above the "average" size for nursing moms. Elvie got smart and just went ahead and included smaller sizes of inserts so you have the perfect fit without having to order additional parts. Definitely a huge plus so you can pump without having to order the right size inserts and hope they fit.The absolute best part about this pump?! The cup is SUPER easy to clean! I have a lot of pumps, from 3 years ago with my son to now, this is the absolute easiest to disassemble and clean. Literally, pop the cap off the diaphragm, pull the diaphragm out, remove the duckbill, then remove the silicone flange, and that's all the parts to clean! To reassemble, put the duckbill in, secure the diaphragm, put the silicone flange on, then push the center cap back on.The pour spout is larger than regular cups, and it has a silicone plug that is part of the diaphragm. As long as the plug is in correctly, there's no risk of the cups leaking with movement. The larger pour spout opening makes it easier to pour the milk into storage bottles and bags. You don't have to worry about milk being trapped in the cups and going to waste like other cups with how they are designed. You're able to get the maximum amount of milk for your baby. The pump motor itself is very small with minimal buttons. I do wish it had a small screen to show minutes or suction level, but this is where the app comes in handy. You can completely control the pump straight from your phone-from starting your pump session, changing between modes, increase and decrease suction level, to ending your pump session. It also keeps memory of each pump session and you can log your output for each pump session. I love being able to go into the app to control everything and not have to fumble with a pump motor and make sure I'm pressing the correct buttons, especially at night when nursing my baby girl.I love this pump. It is just overall extremely easy to use in all aspects. It's not a cheap pump, elvie is known to be on the pricier side. But after using this pump, it is worth every cent. If you're on the fence, I highly recommend this pump. I struggled producing for my now 3 year old, but this time around I'm able to exclusively breastfeed and pump for my girl. This pump has helped tremendously to keep my baby fed and keep my supply up.

I love this pump because it's very lightweight in my bra and very discreet! You can barely hear any sound from the pump and it's easy to put on and take off. There aren't that many parts to wash each time too, so that makes pumping easy when not at home! I also get the same amount of milk output with this pump as I do with my Spectra! It took a little while (maybe 2 weeks) for my body to adapt to the pump and produce the same amount of milk as my Spectra. Honestly, this is my preferred pump throughout the day! I'm thinking of buying a second one to make cleaning easier and less frequent throughout the day:)
