Unfortunately, I have to return this skirt because I didn't realize how long it would be, which was my fault. The size was perfect, I'm usually a 2x-3x in skirts and pants so I got the 1-2xl skirt and it was very stretchy. The problem I had is that it didn't suit the dress I wanted to wear over it. I planned on using it for a Hatsune Miku cosplay. The price was a bit much because I had to pay for shipping, it ended up being around $40 but the quality was good. In the future, if I ever need a petticoat I know that this is the best one :)

This is the nicest tule petticoat I have purchased. It's very full, and is actually nice enough to wear as a skirt in its own right, although I bought it to fill out my 1950s style swing skirts. The last two I purchased from other manufacturers were so itchy I couldn't wear them, even with an inner slip and tights. This one, so far, is comfortable!The waistband is incredibly stretchy. I definitely could have sized down, but I was between sizes and with such long shipping time, I didn't have time to exchange if it had been too small, so I sized up. You probably don't need to worry about this. My hips are 14 inches wider than my waist, and it stretches past them with room to spare. However, it's not so loose that I am worried about it slipping down.Definitely recommend and I am considering getting other colors.
