Its a solid unit that feels sturdy and well made. It was easy to fit and exactly what I needed to secure my wooden rebated overlap garage doors that won't accomodate a mortice lock. The design and number of keys provided allows you to keep a key in the internal lock without affecting the ability to unlock from the outside. Which is useful for keeping the garage door closed while I'm working in there even when I forget to take the key in!

This lock appeared very good initially, it is of solid construction and initially functioned very well.After around 4 months it began to show signs of rust, and after 6 months this has worsened to the point that I will need to replace it shortly. The bolt should be made of stainless steel, not the poor quality material used in this lock. Disappointing!!

Brought two of theses. Easy to install if you have the right tools. Which thankfully we did. But can see rust on the screws it's been two weeks. Sometimes the mechanism on the lock skips. But all in all a good lock.
