I ordered the Bosch Laser Measure EasyDistance 20 specifically to single handedly measure the precise locations of ceiling spotlights in my recording studio. I needed to do this in order for an acoustic panel supplier to pre-drill holes for the spotlights in some of the ceiling panels. I did try to make measurements with a tape measure but it proved to be virtually impossible on my own.The product arrived promptly and was very intuitive to use for my purposes which was to measure the distance from the centre of each spotlight to one front wall and one sidewall. Before I started I made a few test measurements against a tape measure which initially seemed to have a consistent over measure. I quickly realised that the length of the device is included in the measurement so that the test measurements were in fact very accurate.In use it is important to get the shortest distance straight line between the device and the wall on which it is pointed. That said it is probably easier to do that with this device than with a tape measure and in any event walls, floors and ceilings are rarely even so there is a limit to the accuracy of measurement either way. I made 2 measurements for each distance and found them to be very close such that I am confident that all my measurements will be accurate to a good tolerance.Overall the device proved ideal for the job and will be useful for further critical positioning of monitors.

Für den Nutzen meiner Meinung nach zu teuer, man kann nur längen/Strecken messen das macht jedes billige noname Gerät auch.Plus: Display gut ablesbar klein und gute Handlichkeit, passt in jede Hosentasche.Wer sich ein Bosch Werkzeug leisten möchte bekommt aber gefühlt eine gute Qualität.
