Ich bestellte den Schuh in Größe 38, da war er zu gross, als wenn es Größe 39 wäre. Jetzt bestellte ich ihn in Größe 37, es ist zu eng wie Größe 36. Kann man da etwas tun?

Edited - exceptional customer service. They sent a larger size which fits perfectly. Very happy. If your pair doesnt fit just request a size exchange.Lovely shoes very comfortable to walking I believe however I had to return them because they are way too small. I am normally a uk size 6 and these were at least a 5. My feet are a fairly narrow but it was the length my toes were squashed. The inside of these shoes has got little quilted padded areas which make them extremely comfortable to wear however I really needed to buy one size bigger for these to have been able to fit because of the extra padding. The quality was very good it's just a shame they run very small.

Elles sont très élégantes. Seul bémol, je fais du 38. Le 38 était trop petit. Le 39 est trop grand. Je pense qu'il aurait fallu du 38,5. Sinon elles sont magnifiques, très confortables, et bien stables ! Parfaite sous une robe de mariée !

I needed something classy with a lower heel, but not a kitten heel. These worked great. The heel isn’t too low, but not too high either. Very comfortable.

Comode, eleganti, ho voluto provare un po' titubante, ma sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa, il mio numero calza perfettamente, all'intdrno un bel plantare anatomico. TOP!!!
