Presa per non dover sempre fare le fettine di carne in due o tre manche, l’ho usato anche per fare la paella, e devo dire che il riso non si attacca ..ma dona comunque quella crosticina tipica del piatto spagnolo!

Description says "Paella pan made from forged aluminium with stone effect", but actually it has a coating that looks like a very cheap teflon, and which borders come off just with a nail. Is it safe to ingest? Asked what the coating was made of to the vendor, never got a response.

A bit pricey but I think it's quality will last a lifetime easy to clean it's not too heavy, it's wide as expected so check the measurements

Love this pan. Its my second one. Yes, I have 2. Great for frying a de-boned boneless one piece whole spatchcock chicken. Needed every single bit of the chicken skin touching the pan to cook evenly

Arrivata il giorno dopo averla ordinata. Molto bella. Non l’ho ancora usata perché è un regalo. Sembra molto robusta e leggera, ma secondo me una volta riempita si farà fatica a tenerla. È molto grande, potrebbero venire fuori 7-8 porzioni abbondanti di paella. Ho messo le foto per le misure. Su i miei fornelli non ci sta, infatti pensavo di usarla in giardino su un fornello a gas che uso per fare il barbecue. Nel mio forno non ci sta, non si chiude lo sportello. Comunque sembra fatta di un ottimo materiale.Senza averla ancora usata sono comunque soddisfatta. Vedremo le prestazioni al primo utilizzoAGGIORNAMENTO DEL 12/08/20: la padella è perfetta! Ha un’induzione eccellente, il calore è ben distribuito ed è tutto omogeneo. Come dicevo, una volta riempita pesa molto, nella padella ci sono 800gr di riso, con aggiunta di 1600gr di brodo. Comunque ottimo risultato. La consiglio davvero! Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo
