I’m happy with the product that integrates a powerful MCU with a performat display. Note that the board will not work if connected with an USB-C to USB-C cable. You need to connect it to a computer with an USB-C TO an USB-A cable!

If you are unable to install AND COMPILE the LVGL libraries, then don't buy this.

I always develop for ESP32, use displays to port my applications depending on the requirement.I ordered this product when I saw it, I was not disappointed when I operated it, nice clean screen with a crisp display, comes with the standard USB-C port to program, the ESP32 (if you don't know it yet) is a versatile platform compatible with Arduino and libraries to allow pretty much anything to be programmed.Having this as a mobile device allows more possibilities for integration, the system has a WIFI + Bluetooth chip built-in, with some free pins for sensors if required.I thought the product was an excellent face.My only downside is; unfortunately, it does not include the strap or holder for the base unit, I wish that was included. However, for £25 a good screen with an ESP32 is a winner for me.

It tells you right on the board. A tiny + there the negative wire would seat. Don't worry, the right thing to do here is to bite the end off of the battery, flip it, soldering it, THEN plug it in. They don't tell you that on the wiki.

Board was perfectly good throughout development. Good screen, and decent responsiveness, but when I came to wire it to my final assembly I discovered (the hard way) that the provided power cable has the red and black wires backwards, and apparently the board has no reverse voltage protection, so as soon as it had 5v applied the screen went off, and now the whole thing is dead. Shame really.
