Wow! This makes life easier! This is a modern, affordable tool for precise vertical alignment. Unlike old spirit levels that measure one axis at a time, this device measures both vertical axes (Zx & Zy) simultaneously, giving you a complete picture of alignment. It also measures horizontal planes (Hx & Hy). The free Digi-Pas Smart Level app makes it extra nice! Using Bluetooth, it sends readings directly to your smartphone, which speeds up setup and makes alignment easier. It’s especially useful for checking CNC machine spindles and other precision equipment. Would recommend!

DigiPasさんの垂直面・垂直方向測定2軸同時測定高精度デジタル水準器。スマホ連動で大変使いやすいです。アカツキさんからDigiPas製品購入していましたが、Amazonで扱っていること知らず、簡単に購入できることにびっくりしました。こちら２軸同時に確認することができて反応とても早いです。日常的に自主検定するので他と同様、精度確認してみましたがバッチリ。アンドロイドスマホにアプリ入れ、Bluetooth接続して、スマホを水準器の有効範囲内に近づけるだけで、X軸Y軸が表示されます。難しいことなく、簡単に手元で確認出来るのがとても良いです。

Alignment of the machining centers & travelling column of the machines is essential for product quality and reliability of the machining process. We've been using the Granite blocks and dial indicators for our jobs for the past ten years. This products simplified our daily jobs.Furthermore, we combined our vertical digital level with the horizontal version for the perpendicular alignment for the machine head versus the machine table top and I was able to complete the jobs in less than 20 minutes, rather than hours previously.
