No my dog didn't need this - she has about 25 collars but I knew this light pink leather would look so cute on her! This collar is well made and fits her perfectly. I may order it in another color!

Winnie the Dood, is obsessed with the lake. She will swim and swim and swim until we have to force her out so I have tried lots of cheap dog collars when we take our lake trips each summer, but none have stood up like this one. Got this for my lab pup that looks like a full grown dog and she loves it. Doesn't irritate her neck like previous collars. This is the only collar she hasn't gotten out of, she doesn't even worry about trying to get out of it. I like that she will grow with it and its a pretty pink for her as well. Would recommend it to anyone and great price and quality.
